1. How can I place an order on Expensivemart?
Simply browse the products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can complete payment using UPI, card, net banking, or Cash on Delivery where available.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on select pin codes. All COD orders require confirmation before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days across India. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.
4. Is shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping across India on all orders unless stated otherwise on the product page.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link to check live delivery updates.
6. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted only for wrong or defective products within 3 days of delivery. A clear unboxing video is required for approval. Please check our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
7. Can I exchange my product?
Exchanges are allowed only if the wrong product was delivered. Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery and are subject to availability.
8. When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and usually reflect within 8–15 business days after verification.
9. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed. Please contact our support team as soon as possible for help.
